Full refunds within 14 days
If Utter isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, and you don’t have to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to support@heyutter.com with the email address you bought with, or your order number. We reply and process it within 3 business days.
Creem refunds the payment method you used. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment method.
After the refund
The refunded license stops working: the next time the app checks its license online, it returns to being unactivated. If your trial has already ended, each read then stops after about the first 100 words.
Voice provider fees
What you paid xAI, Google, Doubao Speech or another provider for speech was paid to them, so we can’t refund it; their own rules apply.
After 14 days
After 14 days we generally don’t give refunds. Problems such as a double charge or a wrong amount aren’t bound by that limit, so write to us whenever you notice one. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
Write to us first
If anything goes wrong with a payment, please write to us first. It is usually much faster than a chargeback through your bank. A license whose payment is reversed through a chargeback stops working too.
